Two bedrooms with full size beds will accommodate 4 guests. Flat screen smart television in each bedroom. All linens including blankets and comforters are cleaned between guests.
Bathroom with shower is located on the main level floor.
Full kitchen equipped with essentials- dishes, silverware, cooking pans. Dishwasher Bistro table with seating for 4, Keurig coffee maker.
Large living area with couch, loveseat and chair, electric ambient fireplace, flat screen smart television.

Location
The River Haus is located in the tourist district of downtown Frankenmuth. Frankenmuth has something to offer for guests of all ages all year round. Enjoy the festivals, concerts, shopping and dining all within walking distance.

This is a wonderful property, but we admit it is not suited for everyone!
-This building is over 100 years old.
-The apartment is located above a retail store that sells herbs, spices and oils. While most guests enjoy it, some are sensitive to the smells.
-The living area and bedroom of the apartment are located upstairs, the kitchen and bath are downstairs.
-This apartment is not suitable for young children or individuals with difficulty navigating stairs easily
-The apartment is steps off of main street and noise from the hustle and bustle of the city is a comfort or novelty to some, but may be disruptive to others.
